My wife and I took the 10 Day Three Island Perillo tour of Hawaii in September. It is difficult to find words to express how wonderful it was.
When we arrived at baggage claim in Honolulu, the Perillo representative was waiting for us. This was my first experience with Perillo, and I asked her about her experience working for the company. She told us she loved it and had been working for them for fifteen years, but our tour guide had been with Perillo for more than two decades.
That told me two facts: we would be assisted by experienced experts and that Perillo has employee loyalty. That is indicative of a well-run business. I had no idea at the time how true that would prove to be.
I got the bags off the carousel, and the Perillo representative put them on a cart. That was the last time I handled those bags until we checked in for the departing flight at the end of the tour. At each of the three hotels we stayed at, the bags were delivered to our room before we checked in and picked up after we checked out.
Those rooms were in the finest resorts on each island. Ask me which one I liked the best and I would say “yes”. Like the islands, they all had their own character. They all had multiple immense pools, pool bars and beaches with every amenity.
All of the included meals were top quality at top quality places. They curated quite a collection. We often had special Perillo menus of about six choices. These were not cheap eats, they offered the best selection, but limiting the choices for a party of 32 is a necessity or some would place orders as others were finishing their dinner.
Best resorts, best restaurants. Perillo gave great value and that is not easy in Hawaii, where prices are higher than midtown Manhattan.

He was exceptional. . . he is friendly, approachable, very educated on the culture and customs of the island. The families that toured with us was fantastic and all the accommodations and food were exceptional. I am so glad I booked with Perillo and will do again and again.
