Full Itinerary:
DAY 1 (Thursday) - Depart USA
Boarding our overnight flight, we're off to the Eternal City.
DAY 2 (Friday) - Arrive in Rome, Afternoon at Leisure
We can already feel the energy of Rome as our plane touches down. Your Perillo representative will be at the airport to greet you. Benvenuti a Roma!
Soon you're comfortably settled down at your hotel. You are in the eternal City… One of the greatest centers of Western Civilization and the first truly cosmopolitan city on earth!
This afternoon is yours to relax, plan your time in Rome, visit a nearby café for "stuzzichini" (appetizers) or venture out and orient yourself to the 'lay of the land'. This evening, your host will have suggestions about great local restaurants.
DAY 3 - 5 (Saturday, Sunday, Monday) - Three Full Days of Leisure, Rome on Your Own, Hosted Daily
One of my favorite things to do in Rome is simply wander the streets, from fountain to fountain, amazed at what's around the next corner. The beauty of this 'hosted' vacation is that you have four days to experience Rome as you like. Additionally, your host will be on hand to help you plan your adventures and offer day trips to Florence, Pompeii and other optional excursions at a reasonable cost. BB
DAY 6 (Tuesday) - Flight Home
Our Rome adventure ending, we will arrive in the States on the same day.
YOUR HOST WHILE IN ROME
While we don't know the name of your host yet, rest assured he or she will be one of Perillo's knowledgeable guides and has most likely lived in the 'Eternal City' all their lives.
This 'Roman Holiday' weekend is designed for you to be on your own for a total relaxing experience. However, we've included a host to be at your service in the hotel lobby each day offering help and guidance for side trips, excursions, shopping, sightseeing, dining suggestions or any other special interests you may have.
Note: Please be advised that circumstances may change the day and/or sequence of scheduled activities, as well as the substitution of hotels, events, shows, sightseeing, itinerary, restaurants, hosts, etc.

Since airfares are unpredictable the above 'sample airfares' are shown in order for you to estimate the complete cost of your tour. You must add estimated departure tax and a fuel surcharge of $450 per person to the above 'sample airfares' to estimate your full airfare. Your exact airfare will be advised within 2 business days of booking your tour.
Airfares DO include your roundtrip airport transfers in Italy at scheduled times, provided you arrive and depart on scheduled tour dates. If you wish to arrive earlier or extend you stay, airport transfers are not included.
