Open to legal residents of the 50 United States including the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of participation.

Promotion Period
The Perillo Tours "Spin to Win" Instant Win Game (the “Promotion”) begins at 10:00 am Eastern Time (“ET”) on July 13, 2011 and ends at 4:00 pm ET on December 31, 2011 (the “Promotion Period”). The Administrator’s computer shall be deemed to be the official timekeeping device for this Promotion.

Sponsor/Administrator
The Promotion is sponsored by Perillo Tours (“Sponsor”), 577 Chestnut Ridge Road, Woodcliff Lake, NJ 07677. The Promotion Administrator is Don Jagoda Associates, Inc. (“Administrator”), 100 Marcus Drive, Melville, NY 11747.

Agreement To Official Rules
Participation in the Promotion constitutes participant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the 50 United States including the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older as of date of game play. Employees of Sponsor and Administrator, their respective affiliates, parents, subsidiaries, divisions, suppliers, distributors and advertising, promotional and judging agencies (“Promotion Entities”) and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate or win.

How To Play The Spin To Win Instant Win Game
To play, visit www.perillotours.com/tv (the “Website”) and complete the online registration form. You will be prompted to play the game, and once you have completed the game play, a message will indicate whether or not you have won a prize (subject to verification). You may click where indicated for details on prize delivery or winner documentation delivery. Limit one (1) game play per person per month. For the purposes of this Promotion, a “month” is defined as beginning on the 1st of each month and ending on the last day of the month, except for the first “month” of the Sweepstakes, which begins at 10:00 am ET on July 13, 2011 and ends at 4:00 pm ET on July 31, 2011. More than the specified number of game plays from any person or e-mail address will void all game plays from that person or e-mail address. Use of computer programs and other automatic means to play game is prohibited. Game plays generated by script or bot are not eligible. Any attempt to enter fraudulently or subvert the entry process as intended in these Official Rules will disqualify such entrant.

Verification
All winners are subject to verification of eligibility. If, due to a technical error of any kind, more participants are deemed to be winners, or more prizes are claimed than are intended to be awarded, the intended number of prizes will be awarded in a random drawing from among all verified prize claims received. In no event will Sponsor be obligated to award more than the stated number of prizes.

Prizes, Approximate Retail Values ("ARV") And Odds Of Winning
Grand Prize (1): $100,000, awarded as a check. (ARV: $100,000.00). Odds: 1:4,000,000. First Prize (1): A 10-day/9-night Vesuvius Tour to Rome, Italy for two (2). Trip includes: round-trip coach class air transportation from major airport nearest winner’s home, 9-night hotel accommodations (based on double occupancy), sightseeing tours, an American breakfast daily, airport transfers to/from the hotel and some meals. The First Prize winner may choose among scheduled departure dates between October 28, 2011 and March 31, 2012. (ARV: $9,000.00). Odds: 1:50,000. Second Prize (1): A 7-day/6-night Deluxe Hawaii Two Islander trip for two. Trip includes: round-trip coach class air transportation from major airport nearest winner’s home, 6-night hotel accommodations (based on double occupancy), sightseeing tours, airport transfers to/from the hotel and some meals. The Second Prize winner may choose among scheduled departure dates on either a Monday or a Thursday in 2012. (ARV: $6,400.00). Odds: 1:50,000. US government taxes and fees are not included. Trip must be must be booked 45 days before departure and is non-transferable, non-changeable, with no cash substitution. Optional travel insurance and taxes on airfare NOT included. Third Prizes (15): A $100 AMEX Gift Card (ARV: $100.00 each). Odds: 1:3,334. Fourth Prizes (50): A $50 AMEX Gift Card (ARV: $50.00 each). Odds: 1:1,000. Fifth Prizes (440): A $25 AMEX Gift Card. (ARV: $25.00 each). Odds: 1:114. Approximate odds of winning a First through Fifth Prize are 1 in 99. UNCLAIMED PRIZES WILL NOT BE AWARDED. The Approximate retail value of all prizes is $130,400.00.

Any prize details not specified above will be determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion. Prizes are not transferable or refundable and must be accepted as awarded. No cash or other substitution may be made, except by the Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize (or component thereof) with another prize (or component thereof) of equal or greater value if the prize is not available for any reason as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion. The winner is responsible for any and all other costs and expenses not listed above. Prizes may be reported as income to a winner and the winner will be responsible for all taxes associated with the receipt of a prize.

Privacy And Publicity
All information submitted by participants in the Promotion will be treated according to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at http://perillotours.com/legal/index.html Except where prohibited, participation in the Promotion constitutes a participant’s consent to the Sponsor’s use of his/her name, likeness, voice, opinions, biographical information, and state of residence for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration.

General Rules
All federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of winners, if applicable. If the Grand, First or Second Prize is claimed, the winners will be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability/Publicity Release, where legal, within 10 days of notification attempt via mail or email. Noncompliance within this time period may result in disqualification. Third, Fourth and Fifth Prize winners may be required to verify their address before delivery of prize. Return of any prize or prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification. Airline carrier's regulations apply. First and Second Prize Airline tickets may not be combined with any other offer and travel may not qualify for frequent flyer miles. Blackout dates and additional restrictions apply. First and Second Prize winners and respective travel companions must travel together on same itinerary. Travel companion of First and Second Prize winners (or parent/legal guardian if companion is a minor) will be required to execute a Release of Liability prior to departure. First and Second Prize winner and travel companions must possess valid travel documents (i.e., valid photo ID, valid passport, etc.) in order to travel. By participating in this Promotion, participants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor. In the event that the operation, security, or administration of the Promotion is impaired in any way for any reason, including, but not limited to fraud, virus, or other technical problem, the Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, either (a) suspend the Promotion to address the impairment and then resume the Promotion in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules or (b) award the prizes claimed prior to the time of impairment. The Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the game play process or the operation of the Promotion or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Failure by the Sponsor to enforce any provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. In the event of a dispute as to any game play, the authorized account holder of the e-mail address used to play will be deemed to be the participant. Normal Internet access and usage charges imposed by your online service provider will apply. All game plays will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of game play. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.

Release And Limitations Of Liability
By participating in the Promotion, participants agree to release and hold harmless the Promotion Entities from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Promotion or receipt or use of any prize, including, but not limited to: (a) any technical errors that may prevent a participant from playing the game; (b) unauthorized human intervention in the Promotion; (c) printing errors; (d) errors in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of game plays; or (e) injury, death, or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from participation in the Promotion or receipt of any prize. Participant further agrees that in any cause of action, the Promotion Entities’ liability will be limited to the cost of participating in the Promotion, and in no event shall the Promotion Entities be liable for attorney’s fees. Participant waives the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages.
