Dear Travel Agent Partner,

Thank you for your participation in the Perillo Perks program.

2010 has been a "recovery" year for just about everyone in the Travel Industry.

Although it looks like we will see an upturn in the economy in 2011, we're still in a period when we need to be very creative while having to make some very tough decisions.

On the Creative side:

• After discussions with a number of our Perillo Perks members, we've done lots of analysis and soul searching.

• And, one of the most important conclusions we've come to is that we at Perillo need to do as much as we can to help our Travel Agent partners during this difficult time.

And so, I'm pleased to announce that we've decided to make significant increases in our Travel Agency Commission Plan for 2011 – which now includes the most lucrative commissions that we've ever offered in our 66 year history!

For example, if you sell just 10 couples in 2011, you will earn 15% on all of the Land and 5% on the Air! And, depending on the specific tours or FIT's sold, that comes to almost $15,000 in commissions for the year!

On the Tough Decisions side:

Unfortunately, in order to help fund this much more lucrative Travel Agency Commission Plan, we've had to make the tough decision to temporarily put the Perillo Perks program on the shelf as of Dec. 31, 2010.

Once again I'd like to personally thank you for your past support and to let you know that if your Agency met its 2010 Perillo Perks Sales Target, you will receive your 2010 Bonus Commission Check on or about Jan. 15, 2011.
