DAY 3 • DISCOVER FLORENCE TUESDAY: Enjoy a guided walking tour of Florence’s historic center, including the Duomo Complex, Gioo’s Bell Tower, the Baptistery, Piazza della Signoria, and the Accademia Gallery to see Michelangelo’s David . Enjoy free time before returning to your hotel. Dinner is on your own. DAY 4 • DAY TRIP TO VENICE » SPECIAL VENETIAN LUNCH WEDNESDAY: Just a sho train ride from Florence, the magic of Venice awaits—so let’s go! Andiamo a Venezia! In this floating city without cars or horns, your guide will show you the highlights: St. Mark’s Square, the Basilica, and the Bridge of Sighs. Then enjoy a special Venetian lunch just steps from the square. Return to Tuscany in the evening for dinner on your own—be sure to ask your tour leader for recommendations. DAY 5 • PISA » TUSCAN THANKSGIVING THURSDAY: Explore Pisa with a guided tour of Piazza dei Miracoli, including the Cathedral, Baptistery, and the iconic Leaning Tower. Enjoy free time for photos before returning to Florence for a special Italian-style Thanksgiving dinner at Villa Olmi. DAY 6 • WINE & WONDERS » SAN GIMIGNANO » COOKING CLASS » OIL & WINE TASTING & LUNCH FRIDAY: Visit a Tuscan winery for a hands-on cooking class, followed by a wine tasting and lunch hosted by renowned sommelier Pierluigi Giachi. Learn about wine, food pairings, and Tuscan traditions before returning to Florence. Dinner is on your own. DAY 7 • FREE DAY IN FLORENCE » FAREWELL DINNER SATURDAY: Today is your free day to explore the treasures of Florence—the bihplace of the Renaissance! Take this oppounity to discover world- famous landmarks, browse charming boutiques, and savor authentic Tuscan cuisine at your own pace. Your last night together as a group will be at a local restaurant for a farewell dinner. Don’t forget to exchange contact information so you can plan another trip together in the future!
