WEDNESDAY - Welcome to Venice! Upon arrival, transfer to your hotel and settle in. This evening, enjoy a special Welcome Dinner in your hotel featuring Venetian specialties, followed by an enchanting stroll through the city as you preview the excitement of the world-famous Carnevale di Venezia.

Day 3 - Venice Sightseeing & Carnevale

THURSDAY - Discover the treasures of Venice on a guided walking tour, including St. Mark's Basilica, Doge's Palace, and the iconic Bridge of Sighs. This afternoon is yours to soak in the magic of Carnevale, as masked revelers fill the streets with color and elegance. Top off your day with a memorable gondola ride along the Grand Canal.

Day 4 - Verona Excursion

FRIDAY - Travel by high-speed train to romantic Verona. Enjoy a guided walking tour featuring the ancient Verona Arena and Juliet's Balcony. After free time for lunch and shopping, return to Venice for an evening at leisure.

Day 5 - Murano & Burano - Dinner Out

SUNDAY - Depart Venice by coach for Tuscany, stopping en route in Pisa. Visit the remarkable Leaning Tower of Pisa (outside view only), along with the Cathedral and Baptistery in Piazza dei Miracoli. Continue to the elegant seaside town of Forte dei Marmi, ideally located near Viareggio. Check in to your hotel and enjoy free time before dinner at a local restaurant.

Day 7 - Florence

MONDAY - After breakfast, depart for Florence, the cradle of the Renaissance. Enjoy a guided walking tour featuring the Duomo complex, Piazza della Signoria, and Ponte Vecchio. Then visit the renowned Accademia Gallery, home to Michelangelo’s David.

Day 8 - Viareggio Carnevale Celebration - Dinner Out

TUESDAY - Today you’ll head to nearby Viareggio for the spectacular Viareggio Carnevale. Day 3 - Rome - Vatican Museum - Sistine Chapel - St. Peter's Basilica - Dinner Out

TUESDAY - This morning, tour Vatican City with a local expert. Visit the Vatican Museums, the Sistine Chapel,  and St. Peter's Basilica - home to Michelangelo's Pietà and Bernini's towering bronze canopy.

Tonight, enjoy a festive dinner at a local Roman restaurant!

Day 4 - Rome Sightseeing - Colosseum

WEDNESDAY - Start with a panoramic drive through Imperial Rome, passing the Roman Forum, Circus Maximus, and the Jewish Quarter.

Then, tour the Colosseum, where gladiators once battled before roaring crowds.

This evening is yours to enjoy as you please - be sure to try a local Roman specialty like fiori di zucca (fried zucchini flowers).

Day 5 - Rome - Pompeii - Amalfi - Dinner in Hotel

THURSDAY - In the morning, you will take a drive to Amalfi, one of the most famous coastlines on earth.

Along the way, you will stop in Pompeii! Imagine a city perfectly preserved as it was on that fateful day 2,000-years-ago, when ash and lava literally stopped it in its tracks. You’ll see the tragic fossils of people attempting to escape, along with children and dogs.

Next, you will settle into your “home” in Amalfi at the historic Hotel Luna Convento, a twelfth-century convent converted into a charming first-class hotel overlooking the sea.

In the evening, you will enjoy dinner at your hotel with great local wines.

Day 6 - Amalfi - Sail to Positano - Lunch in Sorrento - Amalfi

FRIDAY - What better way to visit the splendid towns of the Amalfi Coast than by sea!

Today, you will sail from Amalfi to Positano (in case of bad weather, we’ll travel by bus). There will be time to explore this picture-perfect village set on a cliff dropping into the blue Mediterranean Sea.

Then you will take a quick drive to Sorrento to enjoy a lunch featuring the fresh specialties of the Campania region.

Day 7 - Amalfi - Ravello - Villa Rufolo - Amalfi - Limoncello Tasting

TUESDAY - We’re off on our exciting trip to Venice!

Day 2 - Arrive in Venice - Relax - Cocktail and Dinner Out

WEDNESDAY – Benvenuti in Italia! Upon arrival in Venice, you’ll be met and transferred by private water taxi (approximately 30–40 minutes) gliding through the lagoon straight to your hotel—your first unforgettable Venetian moment.

You’ll have some time to settle in and refresh, before a welcome cocktail meeting with your tour leader. Next, you’ll enjoy a dinner out at a local restaurant, where Venetian flavors and wine set the tone for the journey ahead.

Day 3 - Venice - Walking Tour of St. Mark’s Square - Doges Palace - Rialto Bridge

THURSDAY – This morning you’ll enjoy a walking tour through Venice's heart - St. Mark’s Square. Visit the stunning Basilica, cross the Bridge of Sighs, and explore the grand Doge’s Palace. Then cruise by motorboat to Murano, where master glassmakers will demonstrate centuries-old techniques of hand-blowing and sculpting.

The afternoon is yours to wander hidden canals, browse artisan shops, or enjoy a spritz along the water.

This evening dinner is on your own, allowing you to choose from Venice’s many atmospheric trattorias.

Day 4 - A Day in Romantic Verona

FRIDAY – Today we’ll enjoy the scenery by Italian rail to Verona!

We’ll explore the magnificent Arena di Verona, one of the best-preserved Roman amphitheaters in the world. See Juliet’s Balcony, forever linked to Shakespeare’s legendary love story. We’ll also see Verona’s historic old town, filled with piazzas, fountains, and medieval architecture.

After free time to explore and shop, return to Venice by train in time for dinner on your own. Be sure to ask your tour director for recommendations.

Day 5 - Venice at Leisure - Andrea Bocelli Concert with Dinner in St. Mark’s Square

SATURDAY - Today is yours to enjoy Venice at your own pace. Perhaps visit Murano or Burano, take a gondola ride, or simply get lost in the city’s quiet backstreets.

This evening is the highlight of our journey - dinner followed by a Bocelli concert. You’ll never forget this experience blending Italian cuisine and world-class music in an extraordinary setting.

This concert event also marks the 30th anniversary of Romanza, the album that launched Bocelli’s extraordinary global legacy.

Day 6 - Day Trip to Lake Garda and Sirmione

SUNDAY – Today we journey to Lake Garda, one of Italy’s most romantic and picturesque destinations. Your day includes a visit to Sirmione, crowned by its medieval castle and surrounded by shimmering blue water.

Then, a relaxing boat cruise on Lake Garda, offering stunning views of lakeside villages and mountains. Next, we’ll have lunch overlooking the water, savoring regional cuisine in a postcard-perfect setting.

Day 3 - Discover Florence

TUESDAY - After a delicious breakfast at your hotel, your bus will take you on a short ride to Florence to set out on a guided walking tour through the city's historic heart.

Your day of sightseeing includes the majestic Duomo Complex built in 1296, Giotto’s Bell Tower and the Baptistery with its renowned Gates of Paradise doors.

Follow the medieval streets to the most striking square in Florence, Piazza della Signoria.

You’ll visit the Accademia; “Breathtaking” is the only word to describe one’s first view of Michelangelo’s David.

You’ll have some free time to shop, explore, or enjoy a coffee before returning to your hotel.

Tonight, enjoy dinner on your own to experience the local cuisine as you wish.

Day 4 - Day Trip to Venice - Special Venetian Lunch

WEDNESDAY - Just a short train ride from Florence, the magic of Venice awaits—so let’s go! Andiamo a Venezia!

In this floating city without cars or horns, your guide will show you the highlights: St. Mark’s Square, the Basilica, and the Bridge of Sighs. Then enjoy a special Venetian lunch just steps from the square.

Return to Tuscany in the evening for dinner on your own—be sure to ask your tour leader for recommendations.

Day 5 - Pisa - Tuscan Thanksgiving

THURSDAY - After driving through the pleasant Tuscan countryside, you will reach Pisa where upon your arrival you will be greeted by your private local guide who will take you on an in-depth walking tour of Piazza dei Miracoli and its white marble monuments. You will be dazzled by this wonderful square, which is dominated by the imposing Cathedral, the famous Leaning Tower and by the round-shaped Baptistery, surrounded by its suggestive columned arcades. The bell tower of Pisa is among the most instantly recognizable structures on earth. Architects say it would be world-famous even if it were straight. After the guided tour it will be time to take a walk around the city and take some fun photos with the leaning tower before returning to Florence.

In the evening, you’ll gather for a special Thanksgiving dinner, Italian style, at Villa Olmi.

Day 6 - Wine & Wonders - San Gimignano - Cooking Class - Oil & Wine Tasting & Lunch
