WEDNESDAY - Boarding your overnight flight, you’re off on a journey that will remain etched in your memory forever!
THURSDAY - Benvenuti a Roma! Your Perillo representative will be at the airport to greet you. We are pleased to offer complimentary transfers from the Rome airport to your hotel at scheduled times.
This afternoon you’ll have some time to relax or better yet, explore the Eternal City.
Tonight, meet our tour director for a brief orientation and welcome drink. After orientation, you’ll be free for the remainder of the evening. Be sure to ask your tour director for restaurant recommendations.
FRIDAY - Enjoy a panoramic drive through Imperial Rome, passing iconic sights like the Roman Forum, Circus Maximus, and the Great Synagogue in the historic Jewish quarter.
Next, step inside the legendary Colosseum and relive the thrill of ancient gladiator battles in one of the world's famous arenas.
Tonight, enjoy a festive dinner at a local Roman restaurant - the perfect end to a day of art, history, and unforgettable sights.

SATURDAY - Rome wasn’t built in a day—but we’ll show you its best in just a few hours!
This morning, cross into Vatican City for a guided tour of the Vatican Museums, ending with Michelangelo's masterpiece in the Sistine Chapel. Then step into St. Peter’s Basilica, where you'll see his stunning Pietà and Bernini’s towering bronze canopy.
Tonight, enjoy dinner on your own - ask your tour director for tips, and don't miss trying a classic Supplì, Rome's beloved fried ball with mozzarella and meat.

SUNDAY - After a delicious breakfast in the hotel, you’ll travel back to the Pompeii of 79 AD. A city perfectly preserved by the ash that rained down from Mt. Vesuvius. You’ll see the tragic fossils of the people trying to escape with their children and dogs, and streets, homes and stores that are all amazingly intact.
This evening, you’ll enjoy a dinner out at a local restaurant.

MONDAY - This morning, take a jetfoil to the enchanting island of Capri. Weather permitting, enjoy a private boat tour around the island, cruising past the iconic Faraglioni rock formations and exploring the stunning Grotta Bianca sea caves.
Afterwards, enjoy free time to explore Capri or join an optional excursion with your tour director.
Later this afternoon, you'll sail back and enjoy the rest of the evening as you please.

TUESDAY - This morning, board a high-speed train to Florence, the Renaissance jewel of Italy. After a delicious lunch at your hotel, set out on a guided walking tour through the city's historic heart.
Visit the iconic Duomo Complex, including the cathedral, Giotto’s Bell Tower, and the Baptistery's Gates of Paradise. Then stroll to Piazza della Signoria, Florence's most famous square, rich with art and history.
The highlight: Michelangelo’s David - a stunning masterpiece carved from a single block of marble.
Tonight, enjoy a traditional Florentine dinner at your hotel with fine Tuscan wines - a perfect close to a day of unforgettable beauty.

WEDNESDAY - Just a short train ride from Florence, the magic of Venice awaits - so let's go!
Andiamo a Venezia!
In this floating city without cars or horns, your guide will show you the highlights: St. Mark’s Square, the Basilica, and the Bridge of Sighs. Then enjoy a special Venetian lunch just steps from the square.
Return to Florence in the evening for dinner on your own. - be sure to ask your tour director for recommendations.

THURSDAY - Spend your final day together at one of our favorite spots - Tenuta Torciano winery in Tuscany. Meet our charming friend, Pierluigi Giachi, who will guide you through a fun and flavorful tasting of wines, olive oils, and truffle oil - with plenty of fresh bread, of course!
Enjoy a delicious lunch with wine pairings, then savor the rest of the day at your leisure - perfect for last minute shopping or one more stroll through town. Salute!

Additionally, current departure tax and fuel surcharges are approximately $650 per person and are subject to change.
Your exact airfare will be advised within 3 business days of booking your tour. You are under no obligation to accept Perillo's air schedule and quote. However, payment for tickets issued by Perillo Tours is due with "final payment."
Airfares DO include your roundtrip airport transfer in Italy at scheduled times, provided you arrive and depart on scheduled tour dates. If you wish to arrive earlier or extend your stay, airport transfers are not included.

Affordable Upgrades
When you purchase your Coach ticket through Perillo Tours, you can upgrade to "Premium Economy" on select flights starting at $550 each way. For ultimate comfort enjoy Business Class/First Class for a surcharge of as little as $4,000 per person.
Security Measures
The Transportation Security Administration requires all passengers to provide the exact name as it appears on the government-issued passport, passport number, expiration date, date of birth and gender when making airline reservations. This information will be requested at time of booking for all flight arrangements made through Perillo Tours.
